To avoid disappointment you should consider booking your room at the first opportunity you get. Our advance bookings are phenomenal - the web site is certainly "pulling them in".
All we require is £25 per room booked as a deposit.
Our terms and conditions state that we will make a COMPLETE REFUND OF ANY MONIES PAID TO US(less £25 administration charge) if you cancel your stay with us on or before 14 days prior to your arrival - FOR ANY REASON.
How can we do this? Simple - we get about 50 emails a day with accommodation requests and we'll easily fill the room if we have 14 days notice. If you notify us within the 14 day period we'd still "probably" be able to make a refund but do reserve the right to make a 20% charge of the total booking fee in case we don't sell the room that you had booked. Bookings cancelled on day of arrival or "no-shows" will be charged at full rate for maximum of two night stay, however, so you should be fairly certain you want to come before you book!
Another good reason - your £25 deposit is better in our bank account than yours!! Only kidding here but I hope you agree a £25 deposit isn't going to break the bank.
So ..just in case you didn't get the message...
Book Early!!
