| Paul Pope says: | From an original booking for sixteen people, to a final eleven, with a number of name changes, nothing was too much trouble. The accomodation was first class, the Hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained. My wife especially, was extremely impressed with the dining area, the breakfast was fantastic, the waitress' do a wonderful job. And when we came in one night with a "chinese" Doug even laid up a table for us. We will be going back again next year (but we will beat Blackpool F.C. then)!! and will be looking forward to staying at the Canasta again. Many thanks to Doug and his family, and all the staff. | Our Reply: | Hi Melissa Thanks for your kind comments Yes...I am aware that the rooms right at the top can be chilly - I think the central heating pump is ready for changing BUT you really shouldn't have put up with it - we have loads of free standing radiators for just such an event - if you'd mentioned it to me I'd have made sure the room was nice and warm Thanks again and hope to see you all again soon regards Doug |

And all the little touches you have put have made it your own.The girls at breakfast couldn't do enough to please.The room was lovely especially the suprise of a four poster bed plus wine and balloons.You both made us feel special. We enjoyed it when we came a year ago but since you've bought next door it's fantastic.Can't wait to come back in March - we'll never be away now.
