Oh dear reader...it was such a joy to behold - standing on the 9th tee at the Millennium Course, Vilamoura, there he was - Cliff "The Candle" Wright - he hadn't just spat his dummy out - he was emptying the whole goddamn pram!!!

| ...and the cause of all this beligerency? We simply failed to wake him up to come and play golf. We tried, dear God, how we tried. But..if you go out boozing until 6:30am and are expected on the tee at 8:10am there was always going to be tears and tantrums. In this department that Cliff didn't disappoint. If he'd had a football he'd have taken it home, if he'd been in a supermarket he'd have hollered the roof off, if he'd been in a puddle we'd all have been soaked - this wasn't just the spat of the week - IT WAS THE SPAT OF THE CENTURY |
